What to Expect at Our Virtual Sale

What types of items can I expect at the sale?

What condition will items be in?  Our sale has a reputation for offering high quality, gently used and new items for affordable prices. We only accept clothing items that are clean, and free of rips, tears, stains, pet hair, and odor. Even though this is a virtual sale, our committee members will still be reviewing all items at drop off.  If we determine at the sold item drop off that an item does not meet our quality standards, we will refund the customer and deduct the sale from the consignor's account.  That being said, these are used items so a reasonable amount of wear should be expected.  Buyers will have the option to inspect items at pick up.  All sales are final except for defected items that must be shown to LAA Committee before you leave.​

Will there be a Half-Price sale? Yes! All items marked for discount will be sold for 50% off on September 3-4, 2021.

What payment types are available? All sales will be credit card only through our secure shopping site. All major credit cards will be accepted.

How and when do I get my purchased items? Sold items will not be shipped. On Friday September 10th from 12-7pm and Saturday September 11th from 8-12pm all items that were purchased during the sale will be available for pick up at Broadway United Methodist Church (1323 Melrose Street Bowling Green, KY).

What if I can't make it for pick up? We cannot refund sales of items that are not picked up on September 10-11, and we cannot hold any items. You may send a friend or family member to pick up your purchases.  Please make sure they know your buyer number.

What if I decide I don't want something I purchased? All sales are final unless the item is found to be defective at pick up and a Little Angels Attic committee member is notified.  No refunds will be given once an item has left the pick up location.

What is the check out process?  It's just like any other online store with one exception.  Since we only have 1 of each item, you must check out ASAP to be sure to get the item(s) you want.  Adding an item to your cart does not hold it from other buyers.  We accept all major credit cards.  A 3% processing fee will be added to all transactions.
