VOLUNTEER TIPS
One of the many advantages is that we offer free childcare for our volunteers.
Once you have signed up for a volunteer shift, please email our nursery at laanursery@hotmail.com to sign up for childcare. Please include your name, work shift, child(ren) names and ages, and phone number.
*Please note the Tuesday 6-9 and Saturday 1:30-4:30 volunteers shifts DO NOT OFFER CHILDCARE!

Our volunteers are what make Lil Angels Attic happen. We are truly a volunteer army. Even the 35 person committee that plans the sale year round is entirely volunteer. Then we have over 300 volunteers each sale from setup to breakdown. Each shift is 3 hours and you will meet many people from the community with a common goal to help children and families in need.
- We have a variey of tasks assigned during shifts and will give complete instructions to allow you to feel comfortable during your shift.
- Wear comfortable shoes.
- Leave personal belongings at home or in your car.
- When you arrive for your shift, please make sure you sign in so we have record of you work shift (this will be necessary to check in at our Preview Sale).
- We also will issue pink smocks and name tags so our volunteers are easily recognizable.
- We want your volunteer shift to be a pleasant experience so we are always willing to work with you if you have any limitations with certain tasks.
Each person who volunteers a 3 hour shift is able to shop our Preview Sale Thursday night (before the public shops)! See below.
Preview Sale!
We want to reward our volunteers and consignors!
Volunteers shop Thursday night 6-8pm before the public; Consignors (without volunteering) still get to shop 7-8pm.
Only volunteers are allowed to shop so please no helpers (husbands, friends, etc) unless they are volunteers too.
Doors open at 6pm and everyone is admitted by armbands in groups of 25. These armbands are handed out starting at 4pm Thursday before the sale and admittance is done by these armbands. You can come early or come after 6 and still receive an armband.
Bring Drivers License and $5 and something to carry all your merchandise (laundry basket, large tote, etc.)
We can only accept CASH or CHECK!
